Most of our furniture arrives partially assembled for your convenience. Detailed instructions and all necessary hardware are included. Some smaller items may require minimal assembly.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and coordinate with our delivery partners.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
