Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- In original condition – unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Not listed in our non-returnable items
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Fire Pits & Outdoor Heaters – Due to safety regulations and potential gas/fuel contact
- Fountains, Ponds & Accessories – Due to water exposure and electrical components
- Custom or Made-to-Order Items
- Items that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original packaging
Return Process – Step by Step

- Receive Authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package Your Item – Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included parts
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your authorization email
- Receive Confirmation – We’ll notify you once we’ve received and processed your return
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees for eligible returns
Exchange Process
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the desired item
- We’ll process the return and place a new order for your exchange item
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded to your original payment method
Return Shipping
